Agricultural entrepreneurs are invited to apply for digitalization training
Entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector are invited to apply for the Kickstart digitalization training, which will start on January 12, 2022 and will allow companies to evaluate how to develop their business with various digital tools. The training is organized by the Latvian IT Cluster in cooperation with the Farmers' Parliament, and applications are open until December 12 of this year: https://ieej.lv/kickstart_lauksaimnieki
Kickstart training is looking for 6 enterprising and open-minded entrepreneurs who want to understand what digitalization means for their business, or who are already in the early stages of digitalization and want to know where to go next. During it, accompanied by mentors, participants will hear stories of other companies' digitalization experiences, participate in creative idea workshops, and exchange tips on how to promote the digital development of each company. This will allow companies not only to understand their business processes in more depth, but also to create a vision of how to become more efficient and competitive in the future.
This will be the fourth Kickstart digitalization training in Latvia. As one of the participants of the first training, the owners of the company Kalna Paltes, admits: “All courses are a path to your customer. Digital training helps you to be more knowledgeable, and therefore more powerful. Regardless of whether the company is small or large, with the first manufactured product in hand or just an idea, it is important that the dream is big. Kickstart gives a push to start on the right path towards your dream.” Other Kickstart participants also agree about the “digital push,” for example, Edgars Kravalis, the manager of the company Tīrradnis, admitting that participating in Kickstart immediately gives an impulse to take action: “After the Kickstart training, within a couple of months, we carried out our digital transformation, as a result of which we have gained more time and detailed data.”
The duration of the Kickstart training is a month with three remote meetings and homework. Accepted companies must ensure the participation of 2 representatives in the training. The first day will take place on January 12. To apply for the event, please fill out the registration form by December 12: https://ieej.lv/kickstart_lauksaimnieki
