Do all members receive our expenses?

We have received news that there are members in the regions who have not received any of our publications in the mail for a long time (neither the monthly black-and-white magazine nor the quarterly color one). Perhaps your address has changed, but you have not notified us, or perhaps there has been a misunderstanding at the post office.
