In connection with the application No. 86 of the association "Farmers' Council" of 12.08.2014 to the Riga City Council regarding short-term measures for the delivery of grain and rapeseed harvest to the Port of Riga, the Riga City Council decides to allow the movement of freight vehicles from 18.08.2014 to 15.09.2014, which deliver the harvested grain and rapeseed harvest to the Port of Riga via:
