Exchange of experience in Lithuania

We participated in the experience exchange in Lithuania on 04-05.07.2022, organized by the Lithuanian Biological Research Center in Kaunas. As part of the event, we introduced digital solutions for the livestock industry. Since industry representatives from Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany participated in the event, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences on how a digital feeder for micronutrient supplementation works and its impact on animal health and welfare. We discussed project topics for the future, the improvement of the digital feeder and methane gas detection sensors, as well as the development of technologies to reduce manual labor. We visited the training farm (Giraite Farm) near Kaunas and the Padovinio farm in Marijampolė.
