From April 11, you will be able to apply for space payments

From April 11 to May 22 of this year, farmers can apply for area paymentsby submitting a Single Application. The last day to apply for support payments with a late penalty is June 15, but the amount of support will be reduced by 1 % for each missed working day. You can apply for area payments electronically in the Rural Support Service Electronic Application System.

Also this year During the period of accepting applications for area payments, the RSS organizes in-person consultations in many parish centers to help customers fill out applications electronically.Farmers will have the opportunity to submit applications free of charge both during the aforementioned consultations and by visiting the RSS customer service centers. Information about the times and locations of in-person consultations can be found on the RSS website.

The past two years have proven that applying for area payments electronically allows for much faster disbursement of support payments. A record number of 951,300 farmers received the final payments of the Single Area Payment and Small Farmer Schemes by the end of the year in 2017. The number of errors made by farmers in their applications has also decreased significantly. Over the past two years, since applying electronically, the number of errors has decreased more than seven times. “We warn you not to forget” – the algorithm built into the system, which tells farmers the types of support for which a farmer can apply, will also work this year.
