July 13th Countryside Day in Viļāni

Country Day in Viļāni is an annual exhibition organized by the Latgale Agricultural Science Center, which allows you to get acquainted with current agricultural trends, the results of research on growing various crops, watch demonstrations of agricultural machinery, as well as have a good time with your family. This year, Country Day will take place on July 13 at the third kilometer of the Viļāni-Rēzekne highway from 10:30 a.m.

Why visit Countryside Day in Viļāni?

This is the largest agricultural event in the region, the number of participants in it is growing every year, this time exceeding 100 companies and institutions. In less than a day, several thousand visitors visit the Country Day in Viļāni. Here you will be able to find everything you need for field work and more. What distinguishes the Country Day in Viļāni from other field days? Trial plots, where different crop varieties are grown and the results are presented to visitors - this is a great opportunity to obtain important information and draw ideas for your own activities.
