Juris Cīrulis participates in a discussion on LR1 about the situation in the dairy industry
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Farmers' Council and owner of Mežacīruļi SIA Juris Cirulis On Tuesday, January 23, participated in the Latvian Radio 1 program Krustpunktās.
The participants discussed milk purchase prices, why they were reduced, what this means for farmers and whether it will affect prices on store shelves. Dairy products are among those that have become significantly more expensive over the past year, and farmers could not complain about the purchase price until recently, but now it has been reduced. Why is that?
