RSS new e-service “Summary of Fertilization Plans”

To make it easier for farmers to submit summaries and give them wider choices, starting this year, the Rural Support Service Electronic Application System (RSS EPS) a new one is offered e-service "Summary of Fertilization Plans".

In order to submit a summary using the RSS EPS, a farmer must register in the RSS client register and sign the RSS electronic application system agreement. More detailed information about the documents that need to be filled in and the procedure for submitting them is available on the RSS website (RSS EPS).

If you have signed an agreement with the Latvian State Revenue Service for the use of the electronic application system, log in (RSS EPS) and by clicking on VAAD E-services, it is possible to electronically fill out the "Summary of Fertilization Plans" (RSS EPS).

A summary of fertilization plans can also be submitted to the VAAD in the same way as before, i.e. by filling out the form in Section II of Annex 3 to the regulations and sending the original of the summary by mail or submitting it in person, preferably at the VAAD regional department in whose territory the managed agricultural land for which the summary of fertilization plans has been drawn up is located.

If a summary of the fertilization plans is to be sent to the email address of the relevant VAAD regional department or to the email address: info@vaad.gov.lv is sent only electronically, then the summary must be signed with an electronic signature.
