We met with young farmers

On October 17, as part of the Young Farmers Club event SOLIS 2014, we organized a seminar for young people on current events in agriculture specifically for young farmers. The event was attended by the Minister of Agriculture Jānis Dūklavs and answered questions of interest to young people. Our Deputy Chairman Juris Cīrulis and the JZK leadership and our members Raitis Ungurs and Ansis Saliņš provided information about farmers' non-governmental organizations. Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture also provided information about supports and payments at the event, while Jēkabs Krieviņš, a representative of ALTUM banka, provided information about financing options.
