We participated in the think tank "Gastronomic Tourism"

On June 2, the second day of the think tank “Gastronomy Tourism” was held at the LIAA Liepāja Business Incubator! The event discussed topics such as global gastronomy trends, gastronomy tourism and its values, while the excellent representatives of the “Pavaru Kluba” Svetlana Riškova and Artūrs Arnicāns, the representative of the World Food Travell Association Erik Wolf (USA) and students of Liepāja Technical School - future chefs participated in practical master classes. The representative of the association “Zemnieku Saeima” Aira Odinga presented local goods and delicacies from the Province Products at the event.

The event was organized within the framework of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme project BASCIL “Innovative solutions for food production in rural areas with the aim of diversifying sustainable culinary tourism services”.
