Manure Standards Latvian partners meeting

On August 13, 2018, a meeting of Latvian partners of the MANURE STANDARDS project took place at VAAD, Lielvārdes Street 36, Riga.

During the meeting, representatives of the ZSA and VAAD discussed the content of the questionnaire on cow, sheep and pig farms. They agreed and clarified the information required in certain unclear points of the questionnaire and the filling in of these points.
The Farmers' Council and the Agricultural Agricultural Service exchanged information about the farms where the survey will be conducted. It was agreed that the survey will be conducted by the Agricultural Agricultural Service, involving the Farmers' Council if necessary. The survey will be focused on farms from which the most complete information can be obtained.
VAAD informed about plans to create an informative film about sampling - according to the project instructions and how it can be done practically.
