On April 9 and 10, a meeting of the project working group of the project “Sustainable Silage” took place in Finland

At the meeting, each project partner presented the work already done in the project. We discussed writing a silage preparation booklet and other activities to be carried out this year. We visited the pilot farm of one of the Finnish project partners “LUKE”, where trials and research with dairy cows are carried out and we looked at the recently opened biogas plant. We also visited one of the project pilot farms, where both dairy and beef bulls are fattened.
