Professional occupational safety specialists explained the requirements for farms and helped to assess the working environment risks of farms and answered questions. Valdis Dūms, head of the Zemgale Regional State Labor Inspectorate, provided information about occupational safety risks and their prevention in agricultural enterprises and farms, while lecturer and labor protection specialist Dace Jekimova practically demonstrated the use of the electronic tool OIRA for assessing occupational safety risks in an agricultural enterprise.
