About fertilizer spreading conditions

Taking into account our request and the current unfavorable weather conditions for spreading fertilizers, the Ministry of Agriculture on September 21 of this year made a decision to apply a derogation from the requirements set out in the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 834 of December 23, 2014 “Regulations on the Protection of Water and Soil from Pollution by Nitrates Caused by Agricultural Activity”, allowing the spreading of all types of manure and fermentation residues (including on frozen soil) until December 1, 2017, at the same time taking into account the requirements for fertilizer application set out in subsection 3.3.6 of Cabinet Regulation No. 834.
