Support can be received for a suckler cow of a meat breed or a suckler cow obtained by crossing with a meat breed animal; a cow if it is not milked but is used to suckle calves (Latvian Brown, Latvian Blue, Swiss, Norwegian Red, Tyrolean Grey, etc. breeds); a heifer that has reached the age of eight months at the time of submission of the application.

It should be noted that PPVA reductions are applied to these payments:

1) If the sum of the EU TM and PPVA exceeds 5,000 euros, then a 10% reduction is applied to the amount above 5,000 euros, which does not exceed the total amount of PPVA.

2) If the sum of the EU TM and PPVA exceeds 300,000 euros, a 4% reduction is applied to the PPVA amount, which does not exceed the total PPVA amount.
