RSS: Mobile application available for farmers

From now on, important information for farmers, foresters and fishermen will be available on their phones, as the Rural Support Service has prepared a convenient tool – a mobile application. The application can be used by all clients of the service who use the Electronic Application System.

The mobile application is available on both Android both iOS for smart devices for free.

The mobile application ensures faster and simpler communication between the service and its clients. As a result, farmers receive information faster, are able to react faster to various problem situations and inform the service about it.

In the mobile application, customers will have the opportunity to view, for example, a calendar of important events, payments received, the amount of available excise-free diesel fuel, letters received from the RSS, information about upcoming controls on farms and their results, as well as conveniently take photos of fields, the results of implemented investment projects, and send information to the service.

The Rural Support Service, taking care of its customers, wants to ensure that all services and information are as simple and convenient as possible, so the mobile application for farmers is a targeted next step in the implementation of modern tools in the service.

In the future, the mobile application will be supplemented with other new functionalities. For example, the application will contain information about inspections carried out on the farm by other agricultural sector institutions.
