RĀMAVA Agricultural Exhibition “SPRING 2025” / ZSA seminar “How to plan in changing conditions. Experience and opportunities.”
From April 3-5, the international agricultural business exhibition “SPRING 2025” will be held at the Business Center “RĀMAVA”. Topics – crop production, animal husbandry, horticulture, construction and environmental improvement, AGRICULTURAL FORUM 2025.
As part of the event, on April 3 at 14:00-16:00, the Farmers' Council seminar "How to plan in changing conditions. Experience and opportunities" will be held. In recent years, farmers have increasingly faced various challenges - from climate change and market fluctuations to financial risks and other types of unexpected losses. In order to successfully adapt and ensure stability on their farm, it is essential to be aware of and use appropriate risk management tools to mitigate them.
At the seminar, experts will share practical solutions and strategies to help farmers effectively manage their farms. Scientists will present recent research on risk management tools.

- 15.00-15:30“Risk mitigation in livestock farms”, Andrejs Elksniņš, veterinarian at SIA “Vetiņi”;
- 15:30-16.00 “Financial risks in agriculture and solutions to mitigate them”, Jānis Mazurenko, Head of Financial Consulting at SEB Bank.
