Selected GreenAgri demonstration farms

On Monday, February 29, the Farmers' Council participated in the GreenAgri project monitoring group meeting in Pärnu. During the meeting, the members of the monitoring group approved 10 Latvian and 11 Estonian demonstration farms, where various types of organic fertilizer management will be demonstrated and evaluated over the next three years, seeking solutions for the effective use of nutrients in organic fertilizer.
The following farms have been selected as demonstration sites for the GreenAgri project:

• Z/s “Bukas” (Dobele municipality)
• Z/s "Murkiši" (Ogre region)
• Ltd. “Gaižēni” (Priekuļi district)
• Z/s “Rubuļi” (Saldus municipality)
• Z/s “Lielvaicēni” (Auce municipality)
• Z/s “Robežnieki” (Salacgrīva municipality)
• Z/s “Veckūkuri” (Strenči district)
• Z/s “Mežoki” (Kuldiga region)
