Seminar – Liquid Manure Use Technologies

On October 20, 2016, a seminar on slurry utilization technologies was held in Biksti, Dobele municipality.
In the first part of the seminar, ZSA representative Zanda Melnalksne informed the participants about the regulatory requirements for the use of organic fertilizers and liquid manure in Latvia, as well as introduced the activities of the Baltic Slurry Acidification project. In the further course of the seminar, Jānis Kažotnieks (LLKC) presented the activities of the WP3 group, acidification equipment and demonstrations. In the final part of the seminar, a discussion took place and questions of interest were answered.
