September 14th – Field Day at a Dairy Farm

LLKC, in cooperation with z/s “Brūveri”, SIA “IRGK Serviss”, the Farmers' Union and LBTU, invites you to attend a demonstration field day in dairy farming on September 14 on the implementation of measures to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in conventional and organic dairy farms. AGENDA OF WORK

Field Day will be held September 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In the cattle shed of the Brūveri dairy farm in Rudzāti parish, Līvāni region.

During the field day, there will be an opportunity to learn about the goals and objectives of the demonstration, the most current information on GHG emissions in dairy cow barns, as well as the impact of dairy cow feeding on limiting GHG emissions.
