LV Applications for "Loan Interest Cancellation" support begin
From October 1 to October 20, 2018 primary agricultural producers, agricultural service cooperatives, agricultural product processing merchants, applicants operating in fishing and fishery product processing will be able to apply for support for partial repayment of loan interest.
The aforementioned support can be received by applicants for the period from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 the actual interest paid on a short-term loan or long-term loan or financial lease.
The amount of support is an amount not exceeding the annual interest rate of the loan of 4 percent or the effective rate if the credit interest rate is less than 4 percent.
The application can only be submitted using the Rural Support Service's Electronic Application System (EPS).
