The Farmers' Council organized a seminar "Cooperation, Leadership in Future Agricultural Perspectives"

From March 6 to 7, the Farmers' Council organized a seminar "Cooperation, Leadership in Future Agricultural Perspectives" for its 22 members, including those from LIVERUR pilot farms, which was attended by EU representatives and a moderator for defining a business model.

On the first day of the event, we participated in the discussion "The Farmer of the Future" organized by the European Commission, in which we participated in the development of a long-term European agricultural strategy and highlighted the important aspects of European agriculture in 50 years.

Both days also included a "leadership school", where participants had the opportunity to identify their personality type and receive recommendations to further develop their strengths. One of the directions of the "Farmers' Council" living practice laboratory is to involve young farmers in the decision-making process and develop their understanding of future agriculture, cooperation and leadership skills.
