RSS calls for clarification of rural blocks and landscape elements

The Rural Support Service (RSS) informs that until April 1 of this year, it is possible to submit requests for clarification of rural blocks and landscape elements for the 2016 Area Payment season in the Electronic Application System (EPS).
Field block refinement must be performed, if the LAD rural block map for the land that the farmer cultivates:
• no field block is displayed;
• the situation on the LAD rural block map and in nature differs, for example, in nature a pond has been dug, a building has been erected, bushes have been cut down and the area has been cleaned up;
• if the managed area is currently in good agricultural and environmental condition, but has not yet been included in the RSS rural blocks.
Landscape elements are one of the ways to ensure compliance with greening requirements. A request for clarification of landscape elements (ponds and groups of trees and shrubs) must be submitted to the Land Registry if, in the cadastre, the Geographic Information System of the Rural Register, in which the Land Registry has created a landscape element layer with ponds and groups of trees and shrubs included:
• a natural landscape element (pond or group of trees or bushes) is not specified;
• a landscape element of inappropriate size or location is indicated.
If the situation in the LAD rural block map layer corresponds to the situation in nature and there is no need to make changes to landscape elements, then a request for clarification of rural blocks does not need to be submitted.
