TRACTOR DAYS

This year, as usual, one of the farmers' favorite events will take place in mid-May. Therefore, let's book May 16th in advance and think again about all the activities we want to participate in!
We, the Farmers' Council, will also be there, and this year in a slightly unconventional atmosphere, we will be waiting for you in our recreation area to watch the tractor races together, so REGISTER!!!!! There's still time!

As every year, this year too, the foundation invites all those interested in agriculture, participants and simply those who want to spend a day in the fresh air in great company. Fund for the Development of Latvian Agriculture in collaboration with many friends in the agricultural sector, INVITES the traditional Tractor DayThis year the event will take place on May 16th at the farm. Erini, in Dāviņu parish, Bauska region. We will gather in Spolnieku field at the Grantiņi family, who are already preparing to receive visitors.
This year there will be many surprises and also several changes compared to previous events. Stay tuned for everything. www.traktordiena.lv, but most importantly – WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM FARMERS AND FARMS UNTIL MAY 1ST FOR PARTICIPATION IN TRACTOR COMPETITIONS in one of four power groups:

  1. 80–120 HP tractors, 4-cylinder engines; trailer up to 10 tons (coupling with 50 mm eye);
  2. 140–195 HP tractors, 6-cylinder engines; trailer up to 15 tons (coupling with 50 mm eye);
  3. 210–270 HP tractors, 6-cylinder engines; trailer up to 25 tons (coupling with eye 50 mm, pneumatic brakes);
  4. 290 < HP tractors, 6-cylinder engines; trailer up to 30 tons (coupling with 50 mm eye, pneumatic brakes).

We will give everyone the opportunity to try their hand at a track trip with their own tractor. The basic rules are that the tractor must meet technical and safety parameters and pass a technical inspection on May 15.
