We participated in the think tank "Gastronomic Tourism" in Liepāja

On June 1st, we participated in the think tank "Gastronomic Tourism" at Liepāja Peter Market (Kuršu Street 5/7/9, Liepāja)! The event presented local and seasonal products, as well as carried out practical demonstrations.

The think tank is organized with the aim of creating an open, informative discussion with residents, business and institutional representatives, in order to jointly begin the path towards positioning Liepāja and Latvia in European gastronomic tourism.

The event was organized within the framework of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme project BASCIL “Innovative solutions for food production in rural areas with the aim of diversifying sustainable culinary tourism services”.
