We invite you to a field day on increasing plant nutrient use efficiency in cereals

On June 20th from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in "Paitēni", Platone parish, Jelgava region, we invite you to a field day on increasing the efficiency of plant nutrient use in cereals.

To assess the efficiency of plant nutrient utilization in cereals, the Latvian Agricultural Research Center (LARC), in collaboration with the Merabas Katamadze farm (Platone parish, Jelgava region), the Latvian Farmers' Federation, and the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Economics, invites you to attend a field day.

PROGRAM

During the field day, there will be an opportunity to learn about the demonstration farm, as well as about the possibilities of increasing fertilizer efficiency and technological solutions in cereal crops. There will be an opportunity to learn about the results and observations of the demonstration “Increasing the efficiency of plant nutrient use in winter crops”. In turn, in the second part of the field day, it will be possible to view and evaluate the variants of the winter wheat demonstration, as well as the importance of nitrogen monitoring in winter wheat.
