We invite you to participate in the campaign "Open Days in the Countryside"

For the third year in a row, "Lauku ceļotājs" is welcoming spring with a promotion. “Open Days in the Countryside”, inviting every rural tourism entrepreneur to join this one-day campaign and jointly promote the Latvian countryside and their grown and produced products to the people of Latvia. This campaign has already become a tradition – to start the summer tourism and production season with wide open doors, inviting all interested parties, customers, neighbors and simply curious people to farms to introduce them to the rich offer that tourists can see, taste, hear and feel every day in our Latvian countryside.

The 2016 campaign – “Open Days in the Countryside” will take place on May 14th. (Saturday), but you can also participate in the campaign for several days. You can apply for participation by filling out the application form (attached) and sending it to “Lauku ceļotājs” by this date. March 28 to email: lauku@celotajs.lv.

The Farmers' Council calls on farmers to be active and involved. "Open Days in the Fields" are a good opportunity to introduce agriculture to the public, thereby improving mutual communication and gaining support for the industry and agricultural products grown in Latvia.
