Partners: 28 partners from 14 countries: Greece, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands, Lithuania, United Kingdom and Latvia.

Purpose: The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity, competitiveness and fair income of smart agriculture by implementing an innovative, smart and multi-tech, fully distributed platform.

– Requirements development for agri-environmental big data

– Platform architecture development

– Strengthening smart agriculture capacity

– Climate monitoring

– Strengthening the LMAA ecosystem

– Creating impact and informing

– Validation of results in project pilots

 Expected result is an innovative, smart and fully distributed agricultural data space that will increase sustainable, environmentally friendly production and agricultural knowledge. The diversity of the consortium, spanning the entire value chain from tech giants to farmer cooperatives, will provide a complementary combination of technological, geographical, scientific, agricultural and practical knowledge, increasing the likelihood that the project will create real impact.

The planned results of the project are:

– Innovative, fully distributed platform

– Increase end-user/farmer trust in agri-environmental AI technology

– Real-time data scaling

– Innovative business models based on traceable knowledge of use cases and data sharing

– Adaptation of production and behavioral change of farmers/stakeholders to climate policy

– Sustainability through circular economy and food security
