Leonardo da Vinci internship project "Reducing the food supply chain for agricultural products"
Within the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci internship project "Reducing the food supply chain for agricultural products" No. 2012-1-LV1-LEO02-03443, 6 members of the Farmers' Assembly supplemented their professional knowledge and personal growth by gaining experience in international practice in 3 countries - Italy, Portugal and Great Britain. As part of the internship, it was possible to learn the principles of organizing a short food scheme - how to deliver food to end consumers by reducing sales stages, i.e. selling fresh produce, or with added value and sales points close to food production sites, which also ensures food quality.
