Project on promoting cooperation

Within the framework of the project, the development of cooperation in Latvia has been analyzed, a set of measures has been developed to promote the development of cooperation, and public relations activities have been implemented to promote cooperation among farmers. Within the framework of the project, a draft regulation of national subsidies has been developed and recommendations for changes in regulatory enactments to promote cooperation have been prepared. 8 seminars have been organized in rural Latvia on the basic principles of cooperation, in which 165 farmers have participated. Informative material on cooperation has been prepared.
The project is financed by the Latvian state budget, co-financed by the Latvian Academy of Sciences. The total project amount is EUR 8,000.
