Conference “The situation of the dairy industry and production efficiency thresholds”

The Latvian Rural Consulting and Education Center is organizing a conference “The Situation of the Dairy Industry and Production Efficiency Thresholds” on March 17 as part of the events of the State Rural Network. We invite farmers, non-governmental organizations, and industry representatives to participate.

At the conference, industry experts, farmers and representatives of dairy processing companies will discuss the economic aspects and development trends of milk production and processing. Participants will be introduced to the experience of Latvian and foreign milk producers and processors, as well as informed about the factors affecting the cost of milk production, dairy market trends and the strengths and weaknesses of the industry. The motto of the conference is: “Crossroads of Evolution for a Successful Future”.
