11:10 Fattening of young cattle of various meat breeds, Ieva Krakopa, cattle nutrition consultant at IK “IK Konsultācijas”.

12:15 Classification of cattle carcasses and aspects of price formation. Factors affecting carcass quality, Inga Muižniece, sales representative of SIA “Baltic Vianco Trading”.

13:15 PVD requirements for animal transportation, slaughter, hygiene requirements for food handling premises and food safety requirements, including for meat and its products, representative from the PVD.

14:15 Practical experience in beef processing, Agris Klimanovs, owner of SIA “Viesaki”.
