Discussion of project action plan of first Milestone

9:00-12:00 WP1 activities:

– Planning project meeting in Latvia (December 2015)

WP2 activities:

– Creation of project section in websites of partners

– Publishing project newsletter in January 2016

– Project logo

– Opening conference in Latvia

WP3 activities:

– Survey about available technology and methods appropriate for using in management of organic fertilizers in EST/LAT – preparing joint tender

– Developing criterias for involvment of 20 pilot farms, organising application procedures for potential participants, selecting 20 pilot farms, singing co-operation agreements

– Subcontracting environmental/agricultural experts supporting pilot farms for both countries

WP4 activities:

– Local workshops of farmer organisations, research institutions and governmental agencies in November/December 2015
